Lin Oeding, whose action design and stunt credits include Ant-Man, The Equalizer, Straight Outta Compton and Inception, is set to helm Office Uprising. The genre pic is due to begin production in Alabama at the end of November. The Exchange is handling international sales.

Office Uprising stars Brenton Thwaites (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales) and Jane Levy (Don’t Breathe).

Written by Ian Shorr (Splinter) and Peter Gamble Robinson, it’s the story of an underachiever working at a major weapons manufacturing firm who finds that his co-workers have been “weaponized” by a new energy drink designed for the military. He must then set off to rescue his one true love from an office building full of psychotic coworkers armed with tomorrow’s deadliest tech.

Producers are Giulia Prenna, Jim Steele and. Sean Lydiard. Thwaites is an exec producer, and Dan Spilo is co-EP.

Oeding’s recent helming credits include two episodes of Syfy’s Blood Drive and NBC’s Chicago P.D., as well as upcoming features Braven starring Jason Momoa.
